We recently contacted you regarding your proof of commercial liability insurance for the products you sell through Amazon. After reviewing the documentation provided, we determined that your certificate of insurance (COI) does not provide sufficient evidence of a policy that meets Amazon's requirements because a policy does not exist as identified in the COI from POE Insurance. Please secure a new commercial liability policy (not through POE Insurance) and upload the COI within 45 days of receiving this message.
Why did I receive this message?
Our records indicate that you submitted a COI produced by POE Insurance. POE Insurance is not an insurance company, but acts as a broker of insurance. Amazon no longer accepts COIs issued or produced by POE Insurance because it has come to our attention that POE Insurance has issued COIs for policies that do not exist.
We recognize this was not your fault. A COI issued by POE Insurance will not have any impact on your account or your listings.
Do I need to obtain new commercial liability insurance policy?
Yes, you need to obtain a new commercial insurance policy.

Amazon has worked with Marsh, a licensed insurance broker, to list multiple providers in your country who issues policies that meet our requirements.
You can obtain coverage with other providers, just be sure that your policy fulfills our insurance policy requirements. For more information, go to "Insurance requirements": https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G200386300.
If you want to verify the authenticity of your policy, not purchased through the Amazon Insurance Accelerator, you can contact the insurer directly to verify if your policy is active and request a COI. You can also visit insurers’ websites and enter your policy number to verify if your policy is active.
What should I do next?
Upload your new COI as proof of commercial liability insurance coverage on the Business Insurance page within 45 days.
