我是这么操作的，但是有问题。

收件人电子邮箱里我本来是填写了的。但是填写完以后就出现这个问题了。

然后P卡立刻给我发来一封邮件：

We are writing to let you know that a failed attempt was made to transfer funds from your Payoneer card to another Payoneer card using your My Account secure application.
The transfer attempt failed and your account was not charged.

If you did not submit a request to transfer funds to another Payoneer card, please notify usimmediately. As a security measure, we also advise that you change your “My Account” password as soon as possible.

您好，因为13年，有很多人通过P卡之间互转功能，赚推荐奖励金，然后倒卖P卡，对很多人的Payoneer账户资金安全造成了风险。所以，咱国家13年年末关闭了P卡互转的功能，请您见谅。
