请问在二审期间因店铺被停用买家无法主动和我们联系并找不到我们的店铺所造成的差评 该如何处理
买家的差评内容:has very poor customer service. The seller associated with your order or inquiry has left the Amazon store or is no longer able to receive any further email communications. I placed my order on January 3 and it is now the 17th of January! The order says it's been shipped since the 3rd, and is still in progress. This company deserves a zero for ratings.
我们做的FBM,该买家的订单早于亚马逊的要求配送时间就已经送达了 也就是1月20日已经被签收了
我咨询了亚马逊人工客服让我请求删除该评论。但是被拒绝了,开CARE 亚马逊工作人员拒绝了我们的请求,让我们自己联系买家删除评论,并且不能强迫买家删除。
想请教各位这种情况该如何处理
