去年十一月中旬时,亚马逊曾引发了一波跨站点封号潮。
何为跨站点封号:比如你用相同一套公司资料注册了美国站和日本站,注册成功之后,两个站点同时都在运营。其中一个站点被封了,然后就导致你另外一个没事的站点也会跟着被封。
因此,在注册新账号的过程中,一定要确保注册资料真实且来源可靠,IP、邮箱、信用卡等信息等之间没有关联,以防万一。
遇到关联问题,首先先要自查,找到被关联的原因。常见的关联因素有以下几点:
1. 登录账号设备的IP地址
2. 网络适配器的MAC地址
3. 注册公司信息
4. 账号关联的邮箱地址
5. 卖家资料
6. 收付款方式
不同站点也会存在关联,如果被关联到其他站点,仍存在申诉成功的可能。
还有一部分卖家的账号则被关联到了陌生账号,导致申诉无门,需要出问题的陌生账号先申诉成功,被牵连的账号才能进行申诉,所以一旦发生这种情况是非常麻烦的
