我的账号因为3个1星feedback(总共才3个1星feedback) 被封了,
3个feedback都是说产品质量不行,用几天就坏了。我第一封申诉的内容也主要是针对提高产品质量写的,
申诉后亚马逊回复这样一邮件。

Some buyers have received defective items. Please describe how you want to ensure that customers receive working items in the future.
请问大家有什么见解,怎么更详细的说明亚马逊提出来的这个问题? 我库存还有 500个左右的,是放在英国仓库的,被封站点是德国站。
