The cargo owner must be the shipper ( Amazon/eBay Seller ) , Not forwarder. Hence you could protect any loss and damaged with the offcial claim process plus flexibility(VAT) into Amazon w/h . It is very easy to handle your cargo if registered the overseas account ( company ) by yourself in China and applied US bonded in China .
1.The cargo going into US Amazon with the US bonded registered by China seller that is very easy process to apply the US bonded in China . (B2B2C in Amazon , not by Forwarder)
2. The cargo into UK & EU with regsitered VAT & EORI no. by seller application in China that also is very easy to apply it . The shipment and cargo owner by seller and protected the goods by seller themseleves. (B2B2C , not by Forwarder. )
