因订单缺陷率高于1%，账户移除销售权，已经申诉过了，但是申诉邮件中出现一个defective这个单词。亚马逊刚刚恢复，要我对这个单词再提交内容。该怎么办，能申诉回来吗？各位大神帮忙看下。以下是亚马逊回复的内容Hello,
