你好，请问大家有遇到过这种问题吗？该如何处理？？

We removed the content listed at the end of this email. We may let you list this content again if we receive a retraction of the complaint from the rights owner. Their contact information can be found below.

如果是亚马逊知识产权(知识产权都包括：商标、专利和版权。知识产权都是分区域性的每个国家的商标、专利（版权除外）只在本国才会受到保护.)侵权的话,操作步骤：
1.先要分析这款专利和自己产品的近似程度如果有区分性的话，我们就可以给亚马逊后台发申诉信。
2.如果申诉不下来就联系被侵权卖家提出和解。（协商和解的费用）

您好，根据邮件判断应该是版权侵权，您需要找专门的亚马逊卖家律师为您申诉。向投诉协商撤诉后再申诉，成功率会很大。

直接联系对方吧我最近2封bluetooth告我的 bluetooth都主动撤销了写的诚恳点, 当然前提是你确实没侵权.

如果侵权了就给他写信让他提供下专利号和商标注册号,
如果她不提供你就申诉到Amazon说联系了对方但是对方不回复你并且没有实际品牌或者专利号, 投诉是错误的.

请问一下收到bluetooth投诉，是给他们看BQB证书就行，还是需要将BQB做列名？

回复 Amazon提供的那个 bluetooth的邮箱给他列出你的产品的BQB证书，然后让他撤诉就可以了。

如果他不撤诉你回复Amazon说你这个有他们的蓝牙认证是可以用bluetooth的标志和文字的顺便附件里面列出你的产品的BQB证书

那我的listing中不小心用了别人家注册的商标，（人家把一个品名注册成商标了，可是我们不知道，把这个作为关键词放标题了）对方不撤销投诉的话，那我怎么办？账户会被封吗？现在只是listing不能售卖

能请教下其他一些关于侵权的问题吗？是不是投诉方如果没有专利号和商标注册号，或者人家不回复我们，我们都可以联系亚马逊去申述啊？
还有一种情况，我们卖的产品跟投诉方的产品相似度95%，我们只是有些微创，这种产品会判定为侵权吗？
请帮帮忙，目前对知识产权侵权这块不怎么熟悉。

如果能让品牌商发信给Amazon撤诉，后台会收到amazon邮件就ok了
