For upload and testing purposes, set this date to a date at one year into the future. When you perform the final upload, use previous day's date. Release time ：date definitions 表格里解释的是 The first date on which you can deliver a pre-orderable product (one that has never been available prior to this date) to a customer.

Launch Date:产品发布的日期. (比如苹果发货会在9月12号）
Release Date: 产品可以支付发货的日期The day the product was actually available for delivery to the the public. (Example: Apple Watch was available for sale/regular ordering/pickup/shipping on April 24, 2015.)
Start Selling Date: The date it was available for sale. (Example: Apple Watch was available for pre-order on April 10th, 2015)
