标题: listing被关,在线等,急
早上看到美国站点,listing被关,收到邮件说是negative customer experience rate 太低,是退货太多,现在listing被关了,第一次遇到这种情况,哪位大神指教下,该怎么处理?邮件原文如下:


Hello from Amazon,
Your listing of xxxxxx has been closed as the negative customer experience rate of 11.3% (returns, refunds or contacts) on recent orders is considerably higher than similar listings. Please click on the link below (or copy and paste the link into a browser) for more details. After you have resolved any product or listing issues, you can relist your item immediately without contacting Amazon.

第一个,选包装问题还是缺陷问题,对listing影响小一些?
Action:
Relist  这里选这个!!!
Did closing this listing prevent additional customer returns? 这个应该选No应该没有问题吧?

Feedback那边必须填写些东西吗?

这个应该是要按照实际客户选择的原因吧,其实不管选哪个都是属于listing的缺陷,亚马逊都是希望你可以改进 的

你对着亚马逊的那封邮件, 针对客户提的问题,给出一一的解决办法 , 申述下 , 就可以自己上架了
