各位大神，救急！
美亚自己备案品牌产品listing 被 blocked，要求提供品牌授权书，后面又要求提供发票。
品牌授权书上面写了有地址，亚马逊回复又说 it does not specify your address 。这里我们地址是和注册信息是一致的。
接下来又一次发票，用的供应商针式打印机采购单，上面有明确的我们的地址信息，结果通不过。亚马逊回复信息如下：

Greetings Seller,

I understand that you want to get approval for restricted brand 某某.

We have fully reviewed the Invoices provided in this application and found that the documents do not meet the Amazon requirement because of the following reason:

• Your mailing address is not mentioned

In order to help you further with this application we would require three legible invoices which meet the below mentioned criteria:

1. Type of Document: Acceptable- Invoice, sales invoice, commercial invoice. If the document title contains the word "invoice," it is acceptable.

2. Date: The invoice should be dated within the past 180 days

3. Seller Information: Seller name or business name, physical address, phone number, email address, or website.

4. Product names: The invoice should include product names or descriptions. It should mention clearly that the products are from the brand for which you want the approval.

5. Product Quantities: Quantity requirements are met by summing the units of product found within a case pack and within the quantity column. You need to provide invoices that reflect the combined purchase of at least 30 units to complete your application.

You may obscure pricing information on any invoices you send. We ask that you do not obscure any other portion of these documents.

I request for you understanding and co-operation with this regard.

Iinvoice怎样才能通过。这里提及要 mailing address ,同时要 email address, or website.

另，群里面有提及用增值税发票，可是上面要求信息没有实现。同时我这个账号注册时候是个人注册，没有公司的。开增值税发票必须对应是公司。

烦请有经验告知谢谢！

机器打的没有 email address、website啊？怎么解决！
