之前跟卖的已经下架了,这个现在要怎么弄

We have receive complaints on the listings mentioned at the end of this email.
Please reply to this email with a plan that explains
-- The issues that caused the complaints.
-- The actions you have taken to resolve the issues and prevent similar complaints.

For "inauthentic" complaints, include the following information:
-- Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 180 days. These should reflect your sales volume during that time.
-- Contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, and website.

You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.

不卖了,也要提交吗?

如果提交资料,通过了那么listing会解锁,对账号也没什么影响。
如果提交资料但没通过,或者直接不提交,那么listing是不指望要了,即便账号后台的指标是正常的,但是亚马逊内部依旧是有记录的,已经存在污点了。
怎么做,决策权在自己。
