标题: 刚备的FBA，就 Inactive (Blocked)

一个新上的产品，发了一票FBA过去，那边收到货后显示 Inactive (Blocked) 父产品下的两个颜色都备了FBA，前一个颜色正常可以卖，但后面的就 Blocked了。
我开了case
am那边是这样回复的

We have already received your issue regarding the listing is blocked , currently we are investigating this issue for you and regarding your questions, kindly refer to the information below: the listing is blocked by amazon performance team and only the performance team can deal with it,so I sincerely suggest you can send an E -mail to amazon performance team to unblocked your listing .

Amazon performance team's e-mail is seller -perpormance-policy@amazon.com,and please write this e-mail in English .

是新账号吗？我的新账号好久了还是Inactive状态，产品可以在后台上传，也本来打算发FBA过去，后面问客服，客服建议不要发FBA...

三个月的帐号，应该不算新帐号

有可能是违反了亚马逊的政策导致listing被锁的，邮件说让你直接邮件联系亚马逊绩效团队，因为这个事情只有他们才能处理。
