标题: 关于申请健康类目的invoice的请教。
各位大神好，之前申请美国健康类的时候，invoice直接是excel做的收据，一次性通过，但是UK站点的拒绝了。理由如下。最后一条。
想请教一下，他所说的official stamp是指哪种发票的盖章？

The reason for this is because these invoices are not acceptable and according to our Specialist team that has verified the invoices, they have indicated that no information is showing on the invoice mentioned above.

Please send the following:

• Three legible, scanned or clearly photographed billing statements, vendor invoices for the products you intend to sell in the category

Note: Please obscure all pricing information.Your documentation (i.e. billing statements, vendor invoices ) must include the following:

• Invoices dated within the last 90 days, or showing item delivery or purchase within the last 90 days
• Your name and contact information or your company’s name and contact information
• The name and contact information of the company that provided your billing statements or vendor invoices
• The names of the products you purchased
• Invoices must show a quantity of at least 30 units of product across the invoices submitted
• Invoices from China must show the official Chinese stamp

最后一句话是说如果是中国的发票必须要盖公章，并未明说是一定要提供哪种类型的发票。楼主可以试下中文机打发票，如增值税发票那种，之前有客户反映用这种发票申请个护类通过了。

创蓝你好，我的个护申请一直不通过，提供的是增值税发票，什么信息都有，后来亚马逊回复说要不懂语言的商业发票，我这边又做了一张英文商业发票，亚马逊回复还是说不符合要求。请问是一张发票不够吗还是怎么回事呢？

个护类要求是提供3张发票，如果只提供1张发票，底下还要选择另外两项资料提交。

1张发票的话，要提供其他两种资料。也就是说还得选一种来提供。

你好，我也是最近搞分类申请很头痛，提供了几次文件都说不合格，也没说具体要求，可以麻烦指教一下吗非常感谢能提供相关的模板借鉴就更好了
