How do I reactivate my listing?
To reactivate your listing you may provide the following:
-- A letter of authorization or a licensing agreement from the manufacturer or rights owner demonstrating that your product sales are lawful. External links are not accepted. For security reasons, we only accept attachments in the following file formats: .jpeg, .jpg, .pjpeg, .gif, .png, .tiff.
How do I submit this information?
Go to Received Intellectual Property Complaints under the Product Policy Compliance section in account health (https://sellercentral.amazon.com ... board?ref=ah_em_mpa) and locate the deactivation record for this product listing. Click on the Appeal button next to the listing deactivation record to submit information necessary to reactivate your listing.
Have your listings been removed in error?
If you have never sold or listed the product, please reach out to us and tell us.
If you think that the rights owner has made an error in sending the notice, please reach out to the rights owner and ask them to submit a retraction of this notice. We may only accept retractions that the rights owner submits to us directly. We do not accept forwarded or attached retractions.
For any other reason, please explain to us why you were warned in error so that we can investigate the case.

Rights owner communication: Crocs is a world-wide manufacturer, distributer, and retailer of footwear and has invested heavily in the intellectual property that protects its distinctive footwear and innovative Jibbitz shoe charms from unfair competition. Crocs has determined that certain shoe accessories offered for sale by LINAYE, poyonix, WEIWENJIANCAI, DAMAIJIE, LISIBOOO, TUUXI,LAOWANG.LLC, COMBO US, shailan88632, DouTRN, HECKLES, Alpatey, PEQUANO-US, Lucky Pretty, Muagorn, senhung, tongseyishangmao, Dagfiy, Wonxisen, Guangzhou Hongjun Trading Co., Ltd., JOICEE, on Amazon’s website and related activities likely infringe or are instrumental in the infringement of claim 36 of U.S. Patent No. 7,698,836 (“the ’836 patent). Crocs obtained an Amazon Utility Patent Neutral Evaluation decision of infringement of claim 36 of the ’836 patent against another seller. The Neutral Patent Evaluation Team at Amazon.com encouraged Crocs to, “[r]ather than initiating another patent evaluation, please submit future claims against ASINs you believe to infringe U.S. Patent No. 7,698,836, claim 36 via the online Report Infringement form” and to indicate that Crocs has a court order.
