客F邮件不需要太多华丽辞藻,一定要通俗易懂,简短地,回答客人的问题,要以解决问题为目的。
客f邮件中3句经典话术:
1.Thanks for contacting us and sorry for keeping you waiting. (第 1次回复开头必用)
2.Hope my explanation is able to assist you. Please feel free to let us know if you have any further questions. (这句是解答完客人问题后的一句收尾)
3.Thanks for your understanding. (处理客人投诉的标准结尾)
客人投诉收到的货品是破损的但没有提供可以证明的照片
