今天收到亚马逊邮件说P卡提款失败钱被退回，这要怎么办啊

Your most recent transfer of funds in the amount of $xxxx was not successfully deposited into your bank account on file (ending in 248). The funds were returned to us, and we have removed the current bank account information from your account.

To receive your funds, you will need to update your bank account information by doing the following:

1.  Log in to your seller account and go to your seller account information page.

2.  In the Deposit Method section, click Edit.
3.  Update your account with a valid bank account and routing number.

Your funds will be deposited in the updated bank account on the next scheduled fund transfer date.

您好，这是第一次亚马逊的资金入账吗？如果是的话，您留意以下几点：
1.您添加到亚马逊后台的，是否是您的美国银行信息（可以在邮件或Payoneer后台中找到，不是您的实体卡卡号），类似下图

2.您是否有提交Payoneer，美元支付服务页面左下角的“问卷”和“个人身份证正反面”，如果没有，麻烦提交

3.您是否有收到Payoneer的邮件，要求你您提供佐证材料

4.同时，也建议您联系我们的中文客服，为您确认您的账户情况。
