标题: 买家退货,原因选的是Missed estimated delivery date
我有一个单,发货时直接点的confirm shipping,没有填跟踪号。由于供货商迟迟不发货,买家申请了退款,原因选择的是Missed estimated delivery date,请问应该怎么处理,会对账号有影响吗?一下是邮件内容:

2. 这完全是卖家的责任,你赶快道歉,然后在RETURN REQUEST里面给买家REFUND了事。

谢谢了,如果按照这种方式处理,买家不发起A-Z的话对账号有影响吗?

影响肯定有啊,不过控制好数量也没多大事,不要经常搞出这种情况来,排名会下降很快!
