账号无缘无故的被冻结了
说起来真是衰，账号拿到手里就还不到一周就被冻结了，完全新的电脑，新的网线，一个产品都还没有传，本来还打算公司把包装弄好之后就马上上传listing的，可是现在冻结了。Hello,

解释一下就是： 刚拿到账号的时候是美国站和欧洲站 ，只有美国站是不可售状态，问了亚马逊客服，亚马逊客服说是美国站点在审核，因为后台收款银行账号没有，所以会影响到审核，注册账号的人也说让我添加收款银行，问了客服，客服说非法人的香港银行账户可以直接收款，不需要经过第三方，所就加了非法人的银行账号进去，隔了几天，就看到亚马逊发邮件说让我提供那个香港银行账户持有人的信息（就是这个邮件）
问了很多人都说是亚马逊冻结那就是账号死了，传真也发了，不知道什么时候会有结果，要是美国站点关了，还真是不甘心啊

你这个不是被关了，只是正常审核的一种，按要求提交资料等审核通过就好 谢谢 ，还好不是关了 ，今天收到邮件说We received your fax, but your document provided is illegible. Please fax us a copy of the document(s)

这几句话什么意思呢
1.香港账户持有人地址
2.护照或者身份证
3.账单（如果护照或者身份证的地址和1 不一样）

没有，一直没人理，不知道咋弄，就没管了，你是关了再申诉么 我今天也是，建个word文档：

我两年的老账号昨天也收到这个邮件然后被冻结，昨天已经提交了资料还没消息呢。这个不是一般是针对新注册账号的审核吗，怎么我两年的老账号也会审核。被冻结导致没有销售权限，损失惨重，这个可以找亚马逊理论吗
