关于消费者法案
:'(消费者法案和二审同时触发了，自从二审之后，消费者法案的入口就关了。
然后二审用真实燃气账单提交了一次之后，邮件又提示要消费者法案的资料，但是二审入口还在，也不知道过没过。
然后由于消费者法案的入口没了，就只能从二审的入口提交:'(
昨天提交了消费者法案的资料。身份证+营业执照+pingpong开的银行账单。今天邮件又要消费者法案的资料

请问前两个是啥啊。。业务信息和身份信息
尤其是这个身份信息和下面的身份证件不是重复了吗。。。
