账号因更换信用卡被审核
最近因为旧的信用卡无法正常使用，需要更换新的信用卡来绑定付款账户，然后在更改之前开了case进行备注，但还是引起了账号审核，从5月19提交的资料一直到现在都没有任何的回复，没有拒绝什么的回复，开了很多case只是让我等待回复而已，问了几个人，都说现在账号审核这块有点问题，时间都这么慢，我这个样子的情况是正常的吗，有没有人遇到同样的问题，有解决吗，感谢大家的回复怎么个审核法？有什么提示？ 我最近也要换，请问一下审核的话要提交什么资料呢？期间有没有被停售之类的？ 触发了什么审核 思天思地 发表于 2023-6-19 15:55

反正他是让我提交营业执照和身份证，然后商品被停售了，这段时间建议不要触发审核，客服跟我说审核团队最近都在处理消费者法案，没时间处理这些 一样的，提交验证，我问过客服，客服说没事。 现在通过了没有呀？ 一抹，阳光 发表于 2023-6-19 16:59

你更换信用卡了吗？是从哪个路径报备的呢？是用中文还是英文报备的？你们是直接更新信用卡的有效期还是添加新的信用卡？我们新的信用卡卡号和旧的一样，就有效期变了。
