物流欺诈账号无法登录

这个账号是新买的账号,总共出了5个订单,由于我先填了虚假单号,后改成正确的单号,导致亚马逊判我物流欺诈,现在已经写了一封申诉信,都是有物流证据的,有5天了,亚马逊还没有回复?

大神们,我该如何去做呢?以下是申诉信内容

I am writing to appeal the suspension of my account, which was caused by the suspicion of a false shipment due to the changing of tracking numbers associated with my orders.I want to provide evidence to support my claim that I did indeed ship all of the orders and that my account complies with Amazon's policies.I have attached the shipping receipts and delivery confirmations for each of the orders in question.These receipts clearly show that the items were shipped and delivered to the correct addresses within the specified timeframes.

As this was our first time working with the local logistics company, we were not aware that the tracking number provided was virtual.   Unfortunately, this led to us mistakenly inputting an incorrect tracking number when shipping our products.Once we realized the error, we immediately corrected the tracking number and updated the information on our end.   We understand the importance of accurate tracking information for our customers and the Amazon platform, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.We would greatly appreciate your understanding and leniency in this matter.   We assure you that we will strictly adhere to Amazon's policies and regulations in all future shipments.Thank you for your time and consideration.   We look forward to continuing our partnership with Amazon.

改了是真实发货,现在已经有4个订单签收了,但是我现在还没有收到亚马逊回复,我在想,要不要在发一封邮件还是在等等?

这种行为亚马逊是不允许的,不过还好你真实发货了,你可以继续申诉看看。

账户无法登录需要申诉,亚马逊回复了才有希望,亚马逊一直不回复就过不去。

一个星期了,还没有收到亚马逊的回复,我准备下周全部订单签收以后在次写申诉信试一试
