欧洲产品被判定含铅或者危险品，提供了SDS等文件仍然无法通过审核

说明：已经做了SDS报告，DOC，CE报告等等相关的资料都是合规的，也提交了很多资料都去审核，包括产品图片等等等等，之前另一个账户的资料能通过，但是现在这个账号资料无法通过，选择申诉方式的时候没有点击上面的而是点击了下面的，之前点击上面的按钮都通过了
现在无论怎么开CASE 亚马逊回复都是：
