1.先检测你的注册号有诶有填错，格式，空格都要检查一下
2.看一下你的商标有没有在商标局官网显示，如果有的话那就直接去找亚马逊客服说明一下情况

品牌备案，必须按要求提供所有资料，从邮件看不出来具体缺少哪些资料导致的，自己无法搞定的可以代备案

大小写会影响吗？商标局官网显示的都是大写 但是我们的受理书上就是第一个字母大写后面都是小写

你的商标应该是新注册然后备案的，商标注册下回执以后不要那么快备案，因为亚马逊平台要同步美国商标局数据，没那么快有更新数据，完几天再备案就可以了。
