放礼品卡被抓包后,应如何处理?

大家好,想请教一下放小卡片被抓包了, 收到了以下邮件, 应该怎么处理?目前后台点进去申诉, 是直接让我勾选承认错误.
目前对应ASIN还在售卖, 库存还有300多了, 应该两周内能卖完, 后续补货的都不会再有小卡片在里面了.
我是等它卖完呢, 还是都要挪呢?

We believe you may have included materials inside or on your product packaging requesting a favorable product review or rating from customers, or offering customers incentives to post a product review or rating. Examples of such materials include inserts, flyers, coupons, or brochures.
As a result, we have made unsellable your inventory of the products listed below. You have 30 days to remove this inventory from our Fulfillment Centers:

Why did I receive this message?
Offering any sort of compensation for customers to write reviews is against our Customer Reviews policy.
Sellers are not allowed to manipulate customer reviews or ratings. Amazon policy prohibits activities such as:
-- Inserting a request for a positive product review or an incentive in exchange for a review into product packaging or shipping box.
-- Offering to provide a refund or reimbursement after the buyer writes a review, which includes reimbursement via a non-Amazon payment method. This could be done via buyer-seller messaging on Amazon or directly contacting customers or using third-party services, websites, or social media groups.
-- Diverting negative reviews to be sent to them or to a different feedback mechanism while positive reviews are sent to Amazon.

How do I address this issue?
-- Deactivate any listings whose packaging include materials that violate our policies. You can reactivate those listings once you remove such materials from their packaging. Failure to do so may result in further actions against your seller account.
-- Read our Customer Reviews policy in detail, and correct any behaviors or practices that violate this policy. Once you have completed this step, visit your Account Health page at https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/account/health/policy-warnings and follow the guidance in the "Next Steps" column next to the policy warning to acknowledge the receipt of this warning and remove it from your account.

You, your employees, your business partners, and the third-party companies who work with you, are expected to comply with all aspects of our Customer Reviews policy. We strongly encourage you and your employees to carefully review our Customer Review policy and ensure compliance with it to avoid losing your seller account.

What happens if I do not acknowledge receiving this warning?
If you do not acknowledge receiving this warning in your Account Health page, it will continue to impact your Account Health Rating for 180 days following the date on which it was posted to your account.

Have you received the policy warning in error?
If you believe there has been an error, please submit an explanation by following the guidance in the "Next Steps" column next to the policy warning on your Account Health page. Your explanation should include evidence that demonstrates your account did not violate our Customer Reviews policy.

收到了政策警告,自己回复如果消除不了的话可以内部消除,政策警告一定要消除的哈,这样可以降低店铺收到二刷的风险,需要nei部消除的话欢迎咨询

小卡片警告需要及时处理的,不建议等它卖完,因为途中可能会被处罚,出现货物被亚马逊弃置的情况,不知道怎么处理可以滴滴交流下

建议还是立即处理哈,因为长期不处理可能会有二刷的风险,如果被判定二刷的话,店铺就很难救回来了。
申诉的时候一定要写清楚你的小卡片信息,写一下自己的预防措施,并且保证下次一定不会再犯了。
另外,本身店铺已经收到了刷单警告,后期一定不要再刷了,再被抓到的话,店铺就很难救回来了。
