Sell on Amazon问题

4月底通过“Sell on Amazon” 申请开店，所有资料填写包括商标授权（都已经成功），在预约视频验证的时候，由于他们在4月底有特殊原因取消验证需要改约时间，而后一直无法进入改预约验证时间。有任何人申请遇到这个问题吗？到现在都没有弄上。和客服沟通，每次都说将我的问题当做最先优先权处理，但一直没有办法解决。有什么办法吗？请大神请教。只要登陆卖家信息，就是显示如下界面：

换个浏览器试试看。别用IE了，就用chrome吧。比IE稳定好使啊~

一直使用的就是Chrome，不行的。也使用了360浏览器，依然不行。反倒是IE没有试过，也不行。
