I understand your concern that you want to change a scan of the Id card.

Upon reviewing I can confirm that your account registration process is still in progress. Please note that it may take up to 2 business days for Amazon to complete the SIV investigation and Amazon will inform them via email once the investigation is complete. While your SIV is in progress, there is no option to change your SIV documents.

Addressing your concern please note that in case your SIV is denied, you may re-submit your SIV documents with the new email-Id

Further, I suggest you to re-apply for a Seller account using a new email address using the following mentioned documents that required the below criteria. Please provide both sides of the documents , if applicable.

In order to avoid the rejection while submitting the documents, please follow the below steps:

The name on your documents matches the information in your seller account.
The full name on the national ID should match the full name on your registered Amazon account.
The date of birth in the national ID should match the date of birth provided during the Amazon seller account registration process
The document should not be expired.
If you submit a copy of your passport, please ensure that the passport has the bearer’s signature.
The address listed on your documents matches the address in your seller account.
The documents are not expired.

Additionally, I would also advise you to upload both sides of your Identity card are on the single page. In order to upload both side of your identity card, you will need to scan both side of your identity card on a single pdf page. So when you are scanning the front side of your Id card do not click on done and continue scanning the other side of the identity card once both the sides are scanned you can then click on Done. You can also watch some you tube video tutorials on how you can scan both sides of identity card on single pdf for reference.

Once all the documents are ready you can re-submit the documents based on the below format:

The name of the company or point of contact mentioned on the statement should either match the business name or point of contact name provided during registration.
Hide the account number and monetary amounts, but the rest of the document must be visible.
Scan the original document in color or take a picture using your mobile device. Do not submit a screen-shot.
Document should be easily readable and must have been issued within the past 90 days.
Your document must be in one of the following languages: Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, or Spanish. If it is not in one of these languages, provide a notarized translation of your document into one of these
supported languages
Document should be less than 10MB in size
Accepted formats are *.png, *.tiff, *.tif, *.jpg, *.jpeg, and *.pdf
