请问楼主是在收到第一封邮件要求提供授权书的那时候就已经冻结了店铺还是申诉了一次之后才冻结店铺啊
我现在也遇到了这个问题，但是现在是下架了我那个侵权的listing，店铺还是可售的

那你是申诉了吗。我问别人他们说是如果有销售权的话不要去申诉，申诉不成功反而会关店
我是早上收到的绩效通知，说侵权了，然后下架了我的listing
但是我提供不了授权书那些东西

冻结了店铺之后再申诉的，侵权的listing都修改正常了，申诉了就是不给我恢复销售权限， Bryan啊 发表于 2019-7-12 09:42

我没有申诉哦，亚马逊说除非我有销售权就可以申请，或者去联系投诉我的人撤诉，还下架了我的listing，我直接不卖这个产品了呗，反正价值也不高 知识产权侵权的case我们可以处理，有需要的话可以加我了解一下
