亚马逊资金被全部预留了8个月，账号 绩效 都正常，怎么办
亚马逊资金被预留了8个月，从2018月9月份到现在 没有结算过一分钱；之前子发货追踪率没有达标， 但是今年2月份开始后我把自发货的全部停掉，就剩一点FBA的产品，追踪率，绩效 账号啥的都正常了； 资金没出来。现在账号都不敢去运营了。:'(后台开了几百个case， 邮件也发了100多封给付款团队和绩效团队，打款、绩效团队4月份 5 月份回了几封邮件，都是回复一样的内容

谢谢 创蓝大大。都开了一百多个不同的cases了。都没有要求我提供资料。case大部分都是转绩效团队。 绩效团队两个月以来都没要求我提供资料。就回了几封内容一样的邮件。

大部分都是晚上开的case问国外客服，都没有回复是什么问题 晚上有开了五十多个case。付款团队 发邮件过来了。
意思是还要等3个月审核期，没有a-z就放款。不然就2028年放款？？？这是什么幺蛾子。要等10年？
目前要把全部fba的货都移除掉吧 ？
