亚马逊销售权限被移除

We will respond with a more detailed request for additional information. Once we receive your plan, we will review it and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.com again.

If you do not send an acceptable plan within 17 days, we may cancel your offer. If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-Z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.

账号新开通一个月，只创建了LISTING,创建了发往FBA的发货计划。但是商品均没有开始发往亚马逊仓库。所以在售商品都是缺货状态。不知是什么原因被移除销售权限，该怎么申诉呢？

类似账户出问题这种情况当然是开case问客服才能查明啊，外人哪里知道具体原因。

邮件是不是要你提供以下这些内容呢？
你做生意的时间
你亚马逊库存的来源，包括过去6个月的发票
库存的存储位置
-任何零售地点的地址
——链接到商业网站
-链接到其他网站

如果是的话，这个是亚马逊的例行审核，是因为您短期内销量太好，或者订单猛增，所以才导致审核。只要您没有虚假发货，您的买家能够在规定的时间内收到货，就没什么大的问题。这种情况需要提供一些资料给亚马逊，加快账号审核的。

订单也没有猛增。反正有点下降。没有虚假发货。很多都是买家已经签收了。但是还是一样过不了。直接死掉了。
