昨天收到亚马逊小红旗说listing侵犯知识产权：Hello,

We are contacting you because we received a report of infringement from the rights owner listed below. Sellers on Amazon.com are not allowed to create listings or detail pages that infringe intellectual property rights. We removed the following content:

We may let you list this content again if we receive a retraction from the rights owner. Their contact information can be found below.

然后我第一时间下架被投诉的产品并且删除。后来越想越不对啊，产品明明那么多人卖一模一样的，对方投诉也只是说知识产权，于是我就根据亚马逊提供的对方的联系邮箱给对方发邮件，一直没回，然后凌晨继续给投诉方发邮件希望他提供我侵权的证据，还抄送给亚马逊，然后一直也没回。这时候我就给亚马逊写了长篇，我说我不知道侵权什么，要求亚马逊帮助我解决这个问题，要么提供对方投诉时候的侵权证据，如果的确是我侵权我会承认并且接收处罚，但是对方一直不理不睬，也没提供任何证据，我就跟亚马逊说没有证据这样根本就是恶意投诉。然后邮件发给亚马逊不到一会，亚马逊就回我：
Hello,

We reviewed your appeal and reinstated the following content:

ASIN: xxxxx

Complaint ID: xxxxxx

https://www.amazon.com


请问各位这样是申诉成功了吧？账号这样没问题吧？昨天说我侵权时候说账号under review，但是销售权限还是在的，如果现在这样申诉成功，对方也没撤诉，那么账号有没影响？

是的，申诉成功了，没问题的，我之前也有收过这样的邮件，对账户也没啥影响，亚马逊只是在警告你，被投诉的次数不能过多，多了账号可能就危险了

感谢回复，刚我直接联系亚马逊确认了，的确申诉成功，账号也没有under review
